A Visit From My Sister

My sister and her friend came to visit this weekend and we had a ton of fun. We hit up Monterey, the Bixby Bridge, Carmel-by-the-Sea and one last ride on the Giant Dipper on the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk.
I really think this one needs to become a postcard.
The famous Lone Cypress on the 17-mile drive.
I captured this picture using the available light (for the motion blur) and the flash coming from the ride (to stop motion). This is the first of 10 or so flashes shot to capture the riders state of panic or glee and sell them back at exorbitant prices.
